Inchin Closer will be attending the 5th China-India Trade and Investment Conference in Nantong, East China on September 16-17, 2010. Ms. Nazia Vasi, Founder of Inchin Closer will be present at the conference. The Indian delegation will be led by Indian Member of Parliament, Mr. Shashi Tharoor. The conference which seeks to bridge the economic and social divide between the two countries will bring policy makers, industrialists, economists, academicians and heads of trade bodies on both sides of Aksai Chin to strengthen bilateral ties.
Organized by the India China Economic and Cultural Council (ICEC) in collaboration with the China Centre for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) & the Nantong Government, the two day conference is expected to bring in around 300 Chinese and Indian enterprises to exchange business information on a one to one basis. Industries that will be discussed for bilateral cooperation include Technology, Infrastructure, Telecom, Bio-Medical and Textiles. Industry representatives from both nations will make presentations and the Indian delegates will visit the ongoing Nantong Fair of Port and Economy which will give them the opportunity to further bolster ties with Chinese companies.
